Arrival
|

|
The
first interaction for the guests arriving for any event is
that how warmly they are welcomed on their arrival as this
has the main impression on them to make them feel their importance
for the event.
Since hundreds of years city of Jaipur has been witness to
welcoming Royalty and dignitaries from all over the world
in different ways . We at Holiday Inn have kept this tradition
alive and now these ideas and facilities are made available
for our hotel guests .
Simple to gala welcome can be planned to make every guest
arriving for the event feel special.

Amidst
shower of flower petals, the welcome path is decorated with
rangoli, (decorative designs of colors, along you path) one
will enter the hotel to the loud sounds of saluting trumpets
and drums, and then proceed to the traditional welcome by
ladies who do the tikka, aarti and garlanding.
The guests then enter the hotel and sit down to relax and
sip the special welcome drink.

Our
guests rise and shine in the morning to the tunes of the folklore
instrument played by Bhopa.
The breakfast is laid in the Garden
Party under the beach Umbrellas the day is special with the
fragrance of fresh flowers making the whole atmosphere romantic
& festive.
The
guests are taken for a trip to the Amber palace on elephant
back and on their way back will have their lunch in a garden
besides a lake where magicians will entertain.
After

At
that time Holiday Inn and its beautiful Goth (Ethnic village
restaurant) will be the sparkling setting for the beginning
of wedding celebrations with ring ceremony and Mehendi ki
Raat celebrations (Heena application) taking place after which
a Durbar evening will be held in which the food is served
in Thalis and also which shall give the time for the two families
to get familiar.
You
can plan ceremonies as per your religions as we have many
wedding where both bride and groom are of different religions
and hence they prefer ceremonies as per both religions e.g.
they would get married in church in morning and remarry in
evening as per Hindu rituals all we can do is make the event
perfect suiting your requirements.
